Good Morning and thanks for your question,

Your question is quite open to be completely honest, because some jobs might seem harder in different areas.

Joining something like the Parachute Regiment would be deemed by most as one of the hardest to get in to in terms of a physical aspect, as the joining criteria and pass marks for the fitness tests are significantly higher due to the requirements for the role. Whereas some other roles will have much higher standards academically, such as joining as a military intelligence or cyber warfare due to the large amount you will need to learn about in order to do your job.

Overall, every job in the army will have its own challenges in a variety of different ways, challenging you both mentally and physically. The key thing to take away from this however is that the Army will equip you with the tools and skills to be successful in all you face and to achieve as much as possible, reaching your potential and beyond.

A job which might seem challenging to one person, could be easier to another. Some jobs can be easier to get in to at first, but there will still be things to complete and overcome at various levels.

Hope this helps, and if you need any more information then feel free to ask. Or get in contact with your local Army Careers Centre for more.
