Selection for officers is the uniform for the entire army but to be eligible for selection as an officer in the Parachute Regiment all aspects of your selection must be of the highest standard. Once you attend RMA Sandhurst and put in a preference for the Parachute Regiment you must preform to the required Parachute Regiment standard to be selected to serve. Training will consist of 12 months at RMAS, on completion all infantry officers will be required to complete the Platoon Commanders Battle Course after completion of this course, Parachute regiment Officers will have to complete P-company. After which they will be loaded onto a Parachute Jumps course.
