Hi there,
There are two types of interview; the first is an informal chat at your local careers office, where you will be able to discuss a potential career in the army. The second is a formal 2-3 day selection event (at Pirbright or Lichfield typically) which concludes with a more in-depth interview. Where are you at in your recruitment process?
Either way, you're looking to make the best impression and showcase the fact you want a career in the military. Just like any other job interview, you want to look smart and presentable.
Therefore, for males I would strongly recommend wearing smart clothing, such as a suit with shirt and tie. For females, a smart equivalent is suggested. I would avoid trainers, jeans and casual clothing.
Hope that helps
