What is the recommended level of fitness for AFC Harrogate? And is there a training plan that I can follow to get fit?

Disregarding the 100% Army fit app. I need a set plan that I can follow on a weekly basis.

Thanks for your question.
The army fit app is always a good starting point.
The required fitness standards are on the British Army homepage.
Due to the length of time you will potentially be in AFC, you will have a structured programme set out by the qualified physical training instructors there.
You won’t be expected to carry weight or run far on arrival. If you can, happy days!
Speak to your local AFCO about fitness support if they provide it. Also look at things like park run in your area
