im 45 years old and served in the coldtream guards 1990 -2000. are ex soldiers eligible to rejoin?

Hi Lee, thanks for the question. Yes, ex-soldiers are eligible to re-join up until the age of 57.

If you wish to join the British Army, and hold British citizenship then you just need to fill out the expression of interest form on this site. You will be responsible for getting yourself to the UK to commence your training if your application is successful.
