Thank you for your question, Most definitely training for sport is encouraged in the Army. During your training you will receive further presentations on all the different sporting activities you can participate in. I hope this answers you question.

As mentioned above, yes absolutely.

The army has a lot of professional athletes that are contracted to professional sports teams etc.

They even have an ultra runner sponsored by red bull on a permanent contract
