As a reservist when will you get issued kit?

Hi, you will get issued your kit when you get to your unit. You will more than likely get an inital kit issue (ie uniform, boots, beret) and when you need other things (exercises etc) you will get issued the rest of things that you need. It depends what kit / equiment the Reserve unit you join holds - some Reservists get everything in one go.
