Hi, i'm not really sure i understand the question. After finishing the Army Foundation College Harrogate it might be upto 2yrs+ before you make it to the rank of LCpl (ie a Junior Non Commissioned Officer (JNCO)) or you might join a trade where you get Cpl immediate after Phase 2 training (ie Military Police) therefore immediately a JNCO.
