I have my full neck tattooed its nothing offensive will i still be able to join the army reserves?

Hi Archie, if tattoos are offensive it will be deemed unacceptable and stop you joining, the general rule with neck tattoos is if it can be seen on a passport photo, then it could be deemed unacceptable.
