Hello there I left basic training in March I regret it. Will i be able to apply again and if so when I'm currently 16.

Yes you are eligible to reapply if you left on your own accord.
Either ring up your local careers office or ring the National Recruiting Centre on 0345 6008080
They will be able to advise further
