Hi there,
In short, Yes.
The process of joining can take a little time depending on your history, education and medical condition. Once you have meet the entry standards you will discuss with your Career Centre representative, the best start date for you. This can be a number of months into the future, usually you would be expected to commit to a basic training start date within 12 months of your successful application.
Great question, thanks and good luck.
