Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
Like all Army soldiers who go in to high pressure situations, CMTs go through extensive training, both at the start of their careers, during the careers and prior to any deployments. This means that when they are under pressure, they will have rehearsed how to manage the situation many times and should find their training helps them significantly.
