Additional information

Serving constable in Glasgow so would be looking at A Company, just incase it's different across the country and needless to say I'm on a shift rotation. Thanks.

Yes, there a few serving police officers who are in 4 PARA. As a reservist you will be expected to complete between 19 to 27 days a year to earn your annual tax free bounty but there is no limit to how much training that you want to do. Most of the 4 PARA soldiers are in full time employment themselves and they manage to work around their jobs and attend the training evenings and weekends. Once you have passed basic training phase then it is ultimately up you to decide how much training you can do and if you attend all of the weekend exercises
