Reapplying instead of appealing a deffered from 2years ago

I was deffered over 2years ago after the medical records stage due to having fatigue symptoms I have since been recovered for over 2years and have been attending a military college, would it be possible to just reapply for the army from scratch or would I still need to appeal?
