If wanting to leave after 4 years, do you really have to transfer to the reserves? Or can you just leave it at 4? Thanks

Really want to join the regulars, but don’t want to have to commit to the reserves as well if I ever wanted to leave...

hello, There is no any such requirements like you have to do reserve after 4 years.Its all your personal preferences.
