Hi, great question. Unfortunately it doesn't quite work like that. Yes, you have the qualifications to become an officer but it doesn't necessarily make the process of becoming an officer quicker if you join as a soldier. Joining as a soldier you would need to be recommended to go down the officer route - this can sometimes be done during phase 1 training as the instructors see something in you that stands you out from others. More often than not though, once in unit you can speak with your bosses and highlight wanting to become and officer and you will get guidance and advice on how to go about it.
