Instead of doing morning grout PT can I do my own PT instead as an infantry soldier?

Hi, a quick answer is, no. You have to do group PT - the PT is structured in a particular way to minimise injury to do your job role. There are times you can do your own PT as the gyms are usually open until late in the evenings and early mornings. If you have an injury you might be on a rehab programme where instead of group PT you'd do your own rehab PT programme.
