Hi, if you join the army and don't have your car driving license regardless of what capbadge / trade you join you will do your lessons and tests (theory and practical) through the army (ie no cost to you). There is no quick fix though- you still have to pass the theory test (which means revising) and you do lessons / test with civilian instructors/examiner. Usually after basic training you will be put on a 2 week driving course. I hope that helps.
