Can I get a law degree while in the army and work to become a legal officer or would I have to go to uni first?

You would need to get a law degree first. You would also need to complete your professional training (Legal Practice Course or Bar Practice Course) and also be a qualified lawyer (either a solicitor following a training contract or a barrister following a pupillage). We will accept applications from candidates who have not yet qualified, provided that they will be by the time they join the Army.
