May I ask how do I apply as a Regular officer rather than a Regular?

If you google 'Army Officer' it gives you the option to apply as an officer. You will need to meet the eligibility (qualifications etc). There is also info on the selection process which is different than if you were to go through the assessment / selection process as a soldier. Good luck.
