Are tattoos of a skull classed as obscene or offensive?

Hi, sculls are not deemed offensive. Offensive tattoos are ones depicting something that people could take offence to or inappropriate wording. This link might be really helpful:

Basically not on your face or neck - ie if it can be seen on a passport photo then you will not be allowed in. Once in the army there are people who have neck tattoos and little stars by ears etc. Generally though they are pretty small although i did know a soldier who had 'Mum' written in massive letters on his neck - which he was getting lasered off as him mum hated it! ;)
