Is there an dress policies on the wearing of civilian hats or other attire when not in uniform?

As far as I’m aware, no there isn’t anything on civilian hats. Aslong as they are not offensice in any way.
Same as other attire I can imagine.
You may be asked to remove your headdress until outside the camp gates
