Can woman wear trousers in their dress uniform

Day to day uniform is in combats which is trousers, ceremonial dress for women is a skirt

So can woman not wear trousers at all as part of their dress uniform??

As far as I am aware Emma from what I’ve saw it would be a skirt for dress uniform

Hi Emma you can wear trousers instead of the skirt if you prefer, just let your training team know and the stores know when you are being issued your uniform. The only one currently that hasn't been changed yet is mess dress, everything is adapting and changing all the time to ensure we stay an inclusive and diverse Army.
