Do reservists get No2 dress as I have noticed most If not all wear No8 combat dress why Is this?

Reservists will be issued No2 dress and No8 combat dress. Reservists wear their No8 combat dress during training evenings, weekends and as general barracks dress. The No2 dress is worn for ceremonial purposes.
