This is a difficult area and I currently only know one person that is serving that is non-binary and they are currently in the RAF. The simple answer is yes you can be non-binary in the Army but the dress regulations are a little complicated in this area. From what I have seen the RAF Sgt has to pick dress completely from either male or female and are unable to mix dress but they are allowed to swap to whichever when they wish too. So dependant where you sit on the gender spectrum, you a be more masculine or feminine and reflect this in your Service Dress. This would be best discussed with the Chain of Command whilst you are applying for the Army. I do hope this has help in this area.
