Good morning and thanks for your question, The main mental aptitude test which you will be required to complete is the cognitive assessment. For this you will complete a screener by yourself on your application portal at first, with the results only being used as a practice and to see how well you are likely to do when you take the real test at the assessment centre. Its difficult to explain exactly how this test will go, but to give you a good idea, feel free to try some of the psychometric exams on mindmill.co.uk. Other resources will be given to you during the application process to help you practice and be ready for when the time comes. As well as this, for some roles you may be required to complete a Technical Selection Test (TST) which essentially assesses your maths and english skills as well as your ability to learn new subjects, due to the potentially high level of training/education you may be required to complete for the more technical roles. If you have any more questions then feel free to ask. You will be prepared fully for any of the assessments you face in the future, if you need any more then feel free to ask your recruiter and they will help where they can.
