Absolutely. The Adjutant General Corps (Staff and Personnel Support) (SPS) branch of the British Army is responsible for the HR and finances of all our units. The SPS has soldiers attached to every unit in the British Army so work life can be extremely diverse. The great thing about the SPS is it is one of the many branches of the army that has always been open to women. As a result, working alongside women and seeing them in that line of work is far from unusual.
Have a look at the HR Specialist job on our role finder here; https://apply.army.mod.uk/roles/adjutant-generals-corps/hr-specialist You will find lots of information on what they our HR Specialists do.
Of course, if I can be of any further help, I am more than happy to try and answer your questions.
