I can't swim, is it a big issue for getting army job as a soldier? But I'm confident that I can learn it.

I wasn't a strong swimmer when I first joined. During basic training you will have qualified swimming instructors who will teach you to swim. I found this invaluable. I am still not a confident swimmer but they were able to teach me to such a point that I was able to pass the Military Swim Test. This is basically treading water for 2 minutes followed by a short swim.
So, in short, no, its not an issue at all. We will teach you!
