Hi sammy,

Thanks for your question.

If the intake date is in relation to AFC Harrogate then yes there are the only date you could join. As AFC intakes are considerably longer than standard entry, they only have 2 intakes a year.

The intake you would have been given would probably have been the earliest one available.

If the question is relating to a standard Senior Entry intake then yes, All training units only have certain phase 1 training intake dates available as these dates will marry up with your phase 2 training date.

If your unsure, contact the NRC on 03456008080 and they will be able to tell you. Your candidate support manager will be the person to speak to.

Goodluck at your Assessment Centre!

Once passed and you have complete the relevant forms and security checks you could start ITC Catterick in January if you wish. It depends on your chosen job choice as regiments have different training dates at ITC. The Guards intake is every other month for example.

What job choice are you going for?

We are unable to check applications.

Contact your local armed forces careers office or the NRC regarding intake dates.

Personally I would focus on passing AC before looking at intake dates.
