Hello,
The Army recruits from a large variety of backgrounds and countries. No one from any of these locations is considered an outsider though and all are treated the same in the Army.
Details on the application process and if you are eligible to join can be found: apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-join.
For foreign and commonwealth applicants check: https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-join/nationality#
As I cannot answer questions on your specific circumstances you should contact the National Recruiting Centre on 0345 600 8080.
I hope you find what you're looking for.
