I tried phase 1 at harrogate and left but i really want to try adult phase 1 should I?

If you're still thinking about it then definitely. Go in with a positive attitude and willingness to do well and you shouldn't have a problem. You will just need to apply on the Army Jobs website and start an application and attend selection. If you have any questions on specific roles then do not hesitate to ask.

You may find that knowing your phase one training is considerably shorter you may feel more content there.
