Is there any more qualifications/specialities available in Light/Armoured cavalry once you go to your unit after finishing training?

Yes. Once you've finished Training at Bovington, there are many other courses available. You'll be a trained driver but then you'll go on to do additional signals training, gunner training, Various NCO courses up to being a vehicle commander. You can look at becoming a Sniper or Javelin Operator, JTACs once you hit Cpl. An instructor in various disciplines plus Adventure Training qualifications.
