Is the minimum required service (infantry) 4 years total with 1 year notice or 3 years total with 1 year notice? Thanks

Thanks for your question.
The minimum term of contract is 4 complete years served. You terminate your contract after 3 years then serving a further 12 months. In the last 12 months you will have termination leave and your annual leave allocation to use up depending on what month you terminate.
