Tori C.
Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
CMTs are usually posted every 2-3 years. During their postings they are likely to deploy with the regiment they are attached to, but sometimes they may be asked to deploy with other regiments if they need an extra CMT or their own CMT is unable to deploy for whatever reason.
You won't be able to stay with the same platoon of soldiers for your entire military career. Similarly, soldiers often move around during their careers as well, and are unlikely to stay in the same platoon the whole time either.
