Hello,
I am afraid we are unable to answer individual medical enquiries on this platform. You will undergo a medical assessment as part of your application and they will be able to advise you on whether you are eligible to join.
Generally speaking, they will need to assess whether or not your ear stretcher will interfere with your ability to use standard military equipment, or whether it will pose a risk to you while undertaking normal military activities.
