The entry requirements to the military are constantly being reviewed and updated, so unfortunately I cannot give you an accurate answer at present. While the scars are not necessarily going to stop your application being successful, the mental health reasons surround the issue may be a barrier to entry depending on the duration, treatment required and other symptoms.
