It all depends on which job role you are. As different jobs have different pay levels

We do pay tax (unfortunately). It really depends on your salary but my accommodation at the moment is only £65 a month.

Food is now pay as you dine and no longer paid for by the crown (you get the money) yo pay for your own food. A lot of soldiers choose to shop and cook in the accommodation providing there is a kitchen. A daily food charge, 3 means is around £6 in the cookhouse on camp.
When serving overseas or on exercise for more than 5 days, you will get extra allowances, starting at £10.75 approx a day. A 6 month tour could see you earning a nice packet ð
Hope this helps
