How often does it happen and is it agree with both sides? Does it depend on my age or if I am married? Frankly, I am not, but is it a random "sent out" ?

It will be a discussion with your chain of command (your boss), you won't just be 'sent out'. They won't necessarily take into account your age or marital status, but you can do that for them when you're deciding whether or not you want to deploy.
