Hi there. Thanks for the question.
So you might be surprised to learn that we are actually made up of about 40% reservists. We have 3 Reserve Battalions and a number of other more niche Reserve Capabilities.
Much of the work our Reservists do is actually operational - whether at home or deployed. Wherever possible we try and conduct intelligence work from the UK. That means that you might spend your weekends working on real intelligence problems and contributing to an actual operational output.
