Hi Ben,
Every Regiment and Corps is designed to offer a variety of roles and trades. They also have a structure in place to ensure promotion and career progression is possible.
I would suggest having a look at the Army Role Finder and deciding what roles and trades interest you. People tend to progress far quicker if they are doing a job they are passionate about.
