It's difficult for us to answer individual medical enquiries on this forum, as everyone will differ in the symptoms they get.
Usually things like flat feet would not be a problem if they don't affect your ability to undergo military training or put you at risk of increased injury. You will have a full medical assessment during the joining process, and this should pick up if you might have any difficulties.
