How often do you get to go exercises or deployment in the Para Reg?

As a serving solider in the parachute regiment, you will find you are very busy with training exercise's all year round. As the spearhead of the British Army, we are always training, to keep on top of our skills.

Throughout the year the training exercises will cover all aspects of soldering. that might be just a platoon training, doing low level skills and drills or company level and all the way up to battalion training exercise's. They will vary in time and location. you could be 2 weeks in Brecon beacons or six weeks overseas training.
