In Phase 1 training, you will take part in PT sessions several times a week. This will depend on your training programme.

Phase 1 training is structured and planned before you turn up.
It will consist of various sessions such as swimming, tabbing, endurance, strength and conditioning and sport.
A typical week will consist of 4 sessions on average.
