What is the best time of year to apply for the paras without having to wait longer than necessary?

I've read on the Army website that it can take about 6 months to process an application so was just wondering when recruits start training so i can minimize any extra waiting.

It doesn't matter when in the year you start your application, the process takes the same amount of time. They are several start dates as there are several platoons going through Catterick.
