I'm looking at joining; I am already married with daughter and want to know how soon after phase 2 training I will be able to move into married quarters?

As soon as you have completed your trade training you can move into Service Families Accommodation (SFA). The way it normally works is that during training you will be told where you are going to be assigned. At this point you can start your application for SFA. As a married soldier with one child you will be entitled to a flat or 2 bedroom house. What is available highly depends upon where you are posted to.
