Hello, An MSO is an officer, a CMT is a soldier. An MSO is also a non-clinical role, whereas a CMT will usually work in a clinical role. You would therefore need to consider whether you wanted to be an officer or a soldier, and also whether you wanted to work in a clinical role or not. Neither an MSO or a CMT needs any professional qualifications prior to joining the military. I hope that helps.
