Hello, David.
The best thing to do is go to the Reserve Centre you are wanting to join and do a "face to face" meeting.
If no one is there, there should be a number that you can phone to arrange to see someone to join the Reserves.
Reference your age, I'm not sure about the age limit but the Reserves would be able to assist in that area.
