Someone with grit and determination. Someone who doesn't give up when it gets hard. Definitely mind over body but also to know when it is too much and to say something (before you keel over!). You need to be fit - all over fitness; cardio and strength. You also need a good sense of humour - because when it gets tough you need to be able to laugh and lift the spirits of others. You also need compassion and humility.
