Prepare yourself with a mixture of cardio and strength training on build up to Phase 1. However, do not push yourself too far, Phase 1 and 2 training will give you the training required to meet the standards. Arriving as fit as possible will make your life easier in training though. Mentally, be determined and don't give up.
