How do i get in shape to pass physical exams?

How do i start this process as well. I'm already fit in that i can run fairly well, about 10 mins for 2KM, and i can easily to press ups and situps quickly and in good form. How do i go about fixing or improving the running?

Try to change your routine or method. why not try fartlek sprints or hill reps. Both will help to build endurance and speed.
